WHITE CORN
White corn is an ancient grain and it has remarkable nutritional properties. Its quantity of fiber is 3 times the “00” flour and yellow corn and 1 and a half the wholegrain flour. Contains iron and phosphorus necessary for our daily needs. White corn flour is rich in B vitamins, especially B6.
The presence of nickel is very low compared to the amount contained in the “00” flour, wholegrain and yellow corn which contain 6 to 30 times more.
CHICKPEAS
Chickpeas are a plant native of Turkey, today developed in many European countries and in different varieties. Source of vegetable proteins are rich in minerals such as calcium, iron and potassium and vitamins A and B. They are an excellent source of fiber
